Synthetic Data Cluster Generator

This python program is a Cluster Generator that synthetically creates three dimensional data points in clusters. It is designed to be used to validate data clustering algorithms.

Example Run

Below is an example run that produced 36 3-dimensional data points that are grouped into 3 clusters, 12 data points each. At the beginning of the output, it displays the number of clusters, the number of data points in each cluster and the number of dimensions.
You can change the number of data points by changing the variable numDataPoints at the top of the file.

You can change the cluster properties by changing the variable ClusterHierarchy.
